Benefit Solutions Incorporated was formed in January 1997 by Calysta A. Amos. She has been a licensed Insurance Agent since 1985. Prior to forming Benefit Solutions, Calysta began her career as a Property and Casualty Agent offering Personal and Commercial lines with an agency in Wilmington, DE. She started their Employee Benefit Division in 1989.

Calysta hired her sister, Susan B. Amos, AAI to join her in 1998. Susan also has been a licensed Insurance Agent since 1984. Together, they have worked with many loyal customers, many of whom they have had for over 10 years. “As Brokers, we represent our clients as well as our Insurance Companies.
